Once again, I'm asking for my main account to be unlocked please. I have followed the instructions you provided via email through support@grindinggear.com. I bought the steam edition again, and provided proof of purchase. It cannot take this long to unlock an account. Please unlock my account now.

" Took 20 minutes to reply initially, then 24 hours, and now more than 24 hours, either someone's messing around or you're doing this on purpose. As of yesterday I essentially paid for content that I cannot access. Just unlock the account. |
