TWITCH DROP CLAM STASH BUNDLE

Ive recieved the helmet im still waiting to recieve the portal and clam stash, ive contacted support by email, only for someone to tell.me to screenshot my twitch drops and poe drops which ive done now 3 seperate times for support to send me on wild chases, sending me to do all these things ive already done to only not reply to my email but then i have to open another support email to wait another how many hours/days/aeons for a reply, is it possible to stop the the twitch drops ans create more in game events and or drop/rewards, seeing as how the twitch drops are free. Or bloody well just fully release the game already.

End rant, pls send the rest of twitch drops please someone in charge go back and check my emails bc really im not trying to go on another chase its been 3 days, pls fix the drops or find an alternative to giving these things away, ty.
