Can't login into PoE2 (dont' have early access, which is not true)

Hello,
I tried to join to my PoE2 account and it says, "You don't have early access". That is totally not true. Last time i played was in January when i bought the game. I wanted to have some fun, but now i can't. I am playing on xbox, i also checked the xbox store and it showed that i already have early access (ofc i have because i bought it). I'm not seeing an Early Access Supporter Pack purchase on your Path of Exile account. Is it possible you made this purchase using a different Xbox account than the one associated with your Path of Exile account? You would need to have purchased early access on the account you're using to play.

That is intresting. I even made pictures, from my account's store, and just to be clear, this is my only xbox account. Is there any way that i cant send those pictures to you, just to clarify?

does early access can be used on different platform ? ex: bought on xbox and logging with stand alone pc version (not steam) ? |

" You need to purchase the game on each platform (PC / Xbox / PlayStation) you wish to play on. But if you buy a PC license, you can use any client (e.g. Standalone / Steam) you want to. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
