Cant Access POE2 anymore

Hello,
I bought PoE2 for myself and a friend when it first came out and now after the free weekend i cant even play it. It says i dont have access even tho ive already put 144hrs into the game and its clearly in my steam library. Please help. Last bumped on Sep 2, 2025, 10:57:16 AM

Where did you originally buy Path of Exile II Early Access?
Which client are you attempting to use at the moment? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

I bought it from steam. One for me and one for a friend. Yet the friend still has yet to get access. I'm using steam as the client.

I fixed it. Apparently i had to redeem the key AGAIN. So i have access now.
