Bug Report – No Pause During Trialmaster Fight

Hello,

I encountered a serious issue while running a Heist. During the Trialmaster fight, the game no longer allows pausing. Unfortunately, I experienced a crash/black screen loading moment, and since I couldn’t pause the game, the boss killed my character while I was stuck on the loading screen.

As a result, I also lost the currency I spent to purchase the boss encounter in order to obtain Ascendancy points. This makes the situation even more frustrating, as there was nothing I could do to prevent the death or the loss.

Could you please look into this issue?
