I can't upgrade my Premium Stash Tabs

Hello everyone, I bought Premium Stash Tabs before update 0.3, but I can't upgrade them to Merchant's Tabs. The site shows 0 available, even though I have 3 ??

I'm afraid Stash Tabs that have been upgraded from normal ones aren't able to be converted into Merchant Tabs at this stage. I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
