Early access

Can someone please help. Still unable to access my account. Still states that i dont have early access even though iwas playing poe2 before the 0.3 patch , ive to download the game again still no success. Ican only access 0.3 on my sons account but it means ive lost all my progress. Please help

You probably need to email support or try the help section (Which will likley tell you to email support).

I would suggest providing them all possible information relating to the problem, as they have been struggling with the response times and it will take longer to answer if they are asking you follow up questions.

We are sharing, there where no issues on 0.2 patch and yes ps5

GGG intentionally disabled sharing as it was never supposed to be usable.

Earlier in the year, GGG disabled sharing for Xbox users. While it did state that game sharing wasn't intended, it also very clearly gave the "this is why we can't have nice things" vibe with bots being blamed for bringing it to their attention.

While there wasn't an explicit GGG statement that I'm aware of for PS5, it does seem like they didn't reenable game sharing for PS5 after the end of the free weekend. And, given the lack of response on the issue so far, it doesn't seem like they're inclined to restore game sharing.

Is POE1 completely free to play on console, or do they need to purchase something?

It seems to me from playing the early access for POE2 over the weekend, that the full release is not too far off. They still have a lot they need to add in, and probably want to test that in the same manner they have been doing, but the game itself is running well from what I can tell.

Same as PC.

Buy to play (same supporter packs 'n' all) during EA; free-to-play upon 1.0.
