Urgent: Trade Website broken since yesterday – requires immediate fix

Hello Support,

I am contacting you again because the official trade website https://www.pathofexile.com/trade has been broken since yesterday morning (August 31, CEST).

I am writing from Germany, where this issue is affecting my account continuously. Trade listings are outdated/offline only.

No new offers are visible.

Tested with different browsers (Firefox, Edge) and devices.

Issue persists for more than 24 hours.

Yesterday I already wrote to support@grindinggear.com and also reported the issue in the official forum. The only reply I received was to “use the forum,” which is not acceptable and unprofessional. I am not a single casual user, I am a paying customer who has invested in stash tabs and relies on a functioning trade system.

This issue requires priority handling. If it is not resolved soon, I will escalate this matter to management, because at this point the lack of communication and action is not acceptable.

Please confirm that the problem has been acknowledged and is being worked on.
