Account lock with no response from GGG - missing out on everything.

I’ve been locked out of my account for quite a while now, and it’s been disheartening to miss out on everything happening in Path of Exile. This is my main account, and I’ve already provided over eight pieces of identifying information as requested, with each step seeming to move forward — so I assume those details were accepted.

At this point, the wait has become discouraging. I’ve played over 4,000 hours and love the game, but checking every day, every morning and night, hoping for an email from GGG has made me feel like giving up entirely. I submitted my request before the new league started,since I can’t follow up without risking my place, I’m left in limbo.

The account lock means I can’t play at all, and in the meantime I’ve missed the weekend cosmetics, the supporter packs that expired, and the start of the new league — things I would have loved to be part of.

I know your support team has a reputation for being one of the best in the industry, and my past experiences with GGG have always been positive. That’s why this has been especially tough. Please consider ways to support players who are locked out for extended periods — even just clearer timelines or updates would help ease the wait.
