Lost my Early access from 2024

I purchased early access to.poe2 back when it was released in 2024. Since then i have also made a lot of microtransactions for stash tabs. Today once the free weekend for third edict finished I lost my early access aswell.
I donot see any of my characters that I have made since the first release of the game on website either. And I have no access to the game as it is asking me to pay for early access again that I have already done in 2024.

Please resolve this issue.
