Poe2 between characters

Hello.

for a while i have weird feeling that SSF characters not only share inventory, but some stats. i am not min-maxing guy, and always forget to control-check stats, but last league, and this one, when starting fresh character first time, i get almost 1-2 shot by almost everything. i level it up to 25+ and start new character with same build, yet from very start it is tanky and deal more damage.
small mobs have to hit me like 5-10 times before I need to heal. is this intended or some bug transfers part of stats to second character. and believe me, I'm not insane (said by every insane person so far)

Stats do not transfer from one character to another. It's probably more down to your choice of character, weapons and skill gems.

absolutely same character, only name is different
