Lost Acess to the game

I purchased early access to.poe2 back when it was released in 2024. Since the i have also done a lot of microtransactions for stash tabs. Today once the free weekend for third edit finished I lost my early access aswell.
I donot see Amy of my characters that I have made since thd first release of the game on website either. And I have no access to the game as it is asking me to pay for early access again. Please resolve this issue. Regards. Last bumped on Sep 3, 2025, 12:03:06 AM
