Proximal intangibility is not only annoying but game breaking

Hi,

Short post here. Map Rugosa cannot be completed because the last rare has proximal intangibility modifier and is just sitting in the pool of water and doesn't move, thereby it cannot be damaged and killed. It does not aggro and chase you so its completely bricked.
