After purchasing the eligibility, the character for the free trial cannot be found.

I played the game for 2 days during the free trial period on STEAM. Immediately after the trial ended today, I purchased the eligibility package. Then I went to the website to link my STEAM account. After entering the game, I found that the character from the trial period was gone, and I could only create a new character. May I ask if this is a normal situation?

I have similar problem, probably when u linked u steam account now u have 2 account on GGG ( the original and the steam account ). When u log in to the game u can change between 2 account . I have the same problem but my bonus coins goes to the empty account no to the main character :c i wrote the ticket to suppoert to transfer bonus coins.
