Recombinator not available

Hello support team,

Good day to you, I finished the campaign and already in a few maps, but the cant put the recombinator in the ground from the utility in edit. I see it beside the guild stash but could not put it in the ground for some reason. My friend had a recombinator and check it but I could not see it on my end while he can. Please help
