Can't access the game

I played the free weekend on steam and I loved the game and got my key for Epic and I linked my accounts (steam epic y Path of Exile) but when I go inside it still says to buy the game, what do I do

I did and got this response
"Hi there, Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this. We will need to verify ownership of your Path of Exile account. To proceed, could you please use the following link and follow the instructions on this page, https://www.pathofexile.com/support In the new email, please detail your issue again for us and confirm for us the Steam or Xsolla transaction ID for the pack you purchased that contains your access." I don't see anything on the link to "verify ownership of my account" and my friend got the KEY to his account on his PoE account so I don't have an transaction ID what do I do what should I say on the mail then |
