Atlas Passives and "Explicit" mods

All the "Explicit" mods are bads now, so this atlas tree is just going to hurt a lot of players.

Change it to "Implicit" mods and it works.

+1, since all explicit modifiers on waystones now are debuffs - half of the Atlas tree investmets actually work against player. This bonus proably needs rework to something like "+x% effect of all modifiers on waystones" (like it was before). If it already works this way - please change the description. With new amounts of buffs-debuffs it's hard to see if we get anything good from this kind of nodes at all (for instance, +10% effect from 5 nodes give you +1-3% rarity (if works if applied to buffs at all) and +20% crit chance and +2% more damage to enemy, kinda bad for player anyway).

For now< I am going to avoid those nodes, they seems too dangerous to waste precious points.
