0.3.0 Hotfix 13 Fixed a bug where Cast on Elemental Ailments was generating 10x less energy than intended from freezing enemies. Fixed a bug where Muster Support and the "At your Command" Passive node were incorrectly counting Persistent Minions. Fixed 5 instance crashes.
