Bugged click, cant click and pick up items or interact with portals or checkpoints

I was playing third act and got into this bug where I can't interact with stuff on the floor or able to fire my crossbow while some other skills work the crossbow wont fire and I can't get back to encampment.

I recorded a little video to showcase it that I can't grab stuff or interact with my sorroundings, this bug doesen't allow me to use my main skill with Galvanic Shards
