Who created the prison map/zone in act4?

Specifically, the solitary confinement?

I agree this area is really interesting and I hope it ends up as a rare map type later.

this is a map design that I have never seen before

the act 4 maps in general are great

the prison area was amazing to experience, dark grim mood is my fav and why i got hooked on poe1 way back- this is next level entirely

it has lab elements but tons tons more fun- even the water vs lava change was so good- slows you down but speeds up mobs. way better than forcing us to wait (damage dealing lava)...

the visuals, creativity, level deign, boss is very unique but a bit confusing at first lol but still 10/10

edit:
disembarking form ship into a rope ladder is a very nice touch- it could of been not there- no one would be shocked if it was just a click = transition but its superb how it was done

Ya I enjoyed Act 4 maybe a little bit cause Im tired of Act 1-3 lol, but I do really like Act 4 GGG. GJ

The ocean was done very well. Loved how it came into the prison. Well design and beautifully done. This is the best waves I have ever seen in gaming.
