Lost access to POE 2 early access (Used a key on release)

Hi, I cannot log in to POE2 after the free weekend, even though I used a key on release. Any way to fix this?

Where had you purchased the key?
Which platform are you trying to play on? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

A friend gave me the key. It worked well during the first two leagues.
