missing ascendency skill - heat the forge - upon logging in today

Playing smith of kitava and have the "heat the forge' skill. Fire spell on hit. Was working the last 2 days just fine. Maybe a little high on activation but working. Today logged in and skill is not in skill section. Not buliding up and activating. Can only find it with a support gem and even then its entirely greyed out. Cant activate it in toggle aura. Almost like its disabled.I refunded the skill from hooded one and reselected it. still not coming up.
