Ive been using my alternate psn account to play path of exile 2, after the new season dropped with the free weekend promo, my game is locked out and considered a free trial like wtf..ive contacted yall hours ago.....i need my account unlocked

Did you get reply already? Have same issue with psn unlink account nobody reply to me already three days. Looks like it’s normal for them. I don’t even have case number or something like this.
