PS5 doesn't recognize that I have purchased the game after free trial expired

I've played on PS5 since nearly launch. My daughter and I were enjoying 0.3 this weekend in couch co-op when we were booted an hour(ish) before the free weekend ended. To be clear, we're on paid version.

Since then, she's unable to re-connect. It says she's not on a paid version. I deleted the game, and am also unable to re-install it from the PS store.

I've paid to access the game; what needs to happen to restore that?
