Cant share the game on ps5?

Hello i started playing poe2 since launch, with a friend sharing ps5. We played for months and some months ago i stop playing.
I back to game this weekend, now when beta ends it says me that i cant play because i dont have the game, when i had more than hundreds hours played. There were some change about that? Now i cant share the game on ps5? Thanks you. Last bumped on Sep 1, 2025, 6:30:08 PM

Hi, it's the same for me.
My friend is sharing is ps5 account since the 6th avril 2025 and to this day or should i say to the end of the free beta i can't play anymore. It's truly a shame ! I already ask them via mail.
They said me that i must buy the game. Its funny, while i played this time i spent money with an account that now i cant play bc i must buy again the game for this account. See you. |

Had this same issue and support told me to purchase the game again because it was an unintended feature... Seems predatory, especially since they have no problem cashing in on microtransactions of the players affected by this..
