My access is gone?

So, I purchased early access for POE2 a few months ago, but, I hadn't played at all until this weekend, when my friends wanted to try out the game, so I went along with it. Now the free access has ended, and APPARENTLY I no longer own early access and I'm being offered discount as I've already done in-game purchases??? xD What is this??? Please look into the issue.

Where did you buy Path of Exile 2 Early Access?
Which game client were you attempting to use? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

Happening to lots of people who were game sharing cant access after this weekend although its apparently stated that you can game share with poe2. I got a key from a twitch streamer's raffle in dec 2024 and after this weekend "They have no record of me playing before this weekend"
Hopefully they get this undercontrol... |
