" Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that! Could you please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter for you? |
|
|
Where had you originally purchased the game?

Buonasera
i sent the ticket. i dont remember where exactly, was a steam key on some website sellings videogames. was instantgaming thank you |

" Those grey-market key reseller websites are flooded with keys people got from using stolen payment credentials, quickly selling keys at below the regular price, and then the developers being subject to chargebacks and disabling the keys. If you had been using a key obtained through fraud and it was disabled by GGG after a chargeback, they will not re-activate it. You'll need to buy the game again to resume playing. well, this should be a well manned and famous key seller, instant gaming, and on steam is activated, it would be the first time having issues, im using trustpilot and gg deals for verify the website always, maybe you are right, but could simply be a bug or i have no idea

GGG have partnered with Valve (Steam), Epic Games, Microsoft (Xbox), and Sony (PlayStation). Other companies aren't getting licenses legitimately from GGG themselves directly, so are getting up to something quirky to get them. That's why they're called grey markets.

" I believe I am in the same boat you are. I always look for the highest rated sellers on well known websites when buying from 3rd parties, but here we go, my access is apparently gone? Trololol Last edited by ne0lit#7233 on Sep 1, 2025, 6:47:08 PM

every PS5 user is experiencing the same, so... maybe is just a bug. maybe you are right and we need to buy it again. let's see, i will let you know on the reply from support

" Respectfully, that is taking the exaggeration a bit far... PlayStation users who had not bought the game and were previously playing for free through game sharing have lost access. There doesn't appear to be any widespread issues for those who had bought the game. Anyone who is unable to play can always email support@grindinggear.com but the disabling of game sharing is intentional - they'll only help if you had paid for the game.
