Can't acces my account

Hi everyone, i cannot login into poe2 saying i do not have full acces even tho i bought the game (poe2) just shortly after the first release in december 2024.
How can i not have full acces if i do own the game for about an year. Steam account is linked to the poe2 account and website. this is outrageous. Last bumped on Sep 1, 2025, 5:21:09 PM
