1k Evasion rating show as 0% to evade in patch 0.3.

Is this bug just visual or do I actually have zero evasion %. I have zero evasion reduction passives. I'm not using gear with any modifiers to my evasion in a negative way. Searching for people with similar issues this dates back to December of last year from what I can tell. I did get hit with a 0% chance to evade affliction during my ascension and suspect this is the cause as others have pointed out. GGG PLZ.

Would also like to know if this is a bug or due to changes to the evasion system.

I am working towards a Hollow Palm Technique build that relies heavily on evasion and not seeing my evasion chance % change with new evasion gear is worrisome. Also checked passives, gear, and gems for no funnies with my evasion stat.

Just need to know what I am working with.

EDIT: Managed to double my Evasion rating from 400 to 950ish (at lvl 45 with a piece of evasion gear and getting the Stalking Panther Amazon ascendency passive + wind dancer) and suddenly my evasion % is showing as 19%. So it must be the new calc they are using. Or getting the passive changed something. Still unsure.
