No longer have access to poe2 after early access despite owning game

Was in game i got kicked out and told early access has ended even though I own game

I have same problem right now - kicked from server, got message "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early access" and offer to buy game. I paid my money for this game once, and don't want to pay again after 600 hours played. Hope it's just a misunderstanding. Dear GGG what you think about this?

Same problem here, my account clearly has POE 2 and a character in it, I also have the receipt from the purchase.

Playstation 5 console. Game was buying in playstation store in few days after release.

I have the same issue on Xbox. I purchased Path of Exile 2, but after the free weekend ended, I lost access to the game. It says I don’t own it, even though I bought it earlier.

Hello! I have same issue on PS5, also I would like to unlink my old psn account and connect actual one for purchases. Already sent ticket to support but three days nobody reply. How long it takes to get reply from support? Months?😂

I’m having the same problem here. I’ve been playing on Steam, Xbox, and PS5 since last year. During the free weekend I got some confusing messages saying I didn’t own the game, but I assumed it was just a generic prompt shown to everyone.

Now that the free weekend is over, I can’t play anymore—when I try to log in, it tells me I need to purchase the game, even though I already own it and have been playing for months.

Same here got the key in december 2024 from a twitch streamer's raffle, and after free weekend "They have no record of me playing before this weekend" was their second reply after telling me to ask the streamer to contact them and deal with my game key acesss for me. 🤣🤣🤣 Ive even given them the steam activation confirmation code from 2024, and still no cigar.

I know I didnt pay technically, but this is an issue.
