To GGG and Jonathan - Add a new mode to PoE 2 Early Access
Make another mode, just like we have HC, SSF and HC SSF, call it Standard Skip(SS)
* Skip campaign * Start at lvl 64(what ever level is appropriate after campaign). * Start with gold equal to be able to gamble for 2 gear pieces for each slot (cause of rng). * 1 white map to start * First ascendency complete. This way, let the player base decide what they want to do. Some just want to play functioning builds and grind maps, some want to play a story rich campaign and then be done. Currently only one group gets to do what they want without being forced to do something they don't want first. Why force people that clearly are upset, it's still Early Access, this is the time to test stuff and see if you get better player retention. Being against the fact that other people might have a different taste of fun in a videogame that is trying to appeal to two different genres in one is absurd. This would not hinder or prevent anyone from doing and playing whichever mode they like, just like HC and SSF exists today. Plus, you also get your data on which mode people prefer, and you can remove it after one league if it's not to Tencents satisfaction, because currently given the numbers on steamcharts from 0.1 to this free weekend, it's not looking like an increase in rentention. Maybe just start with a Big green "WIN THE GAME" button right away?
PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fan-made fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players.

" Like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUeeFybkRxA It's what modern ARPG players want |

what you want is essentially a PTR server.... I'm fine with that but call it what it is

" and a way to set it up to be auto-pressing itself would be optimal- remember, respect players time is the priority here |
