Dps problems

Hello, I'm having a problem with my character's DPS. It hasn't changed for some time now, it's been stagnant. I'm level 35, and my DPS with the "Essence Drain" skill is still 160, despite upgrading my equipment and constantly leveling up my skill tree. I play Witch - Lich. Please contact me and help.
