Permastun in Chaos Trials

In Chaos trials:
When the perk Heart Tethers is selected:
when i try to roll out of the Heart Teather AOE, then i fall down and cant get up at all. The only way to get out is to die. No skills can be used at all. The only thing that I am able to do is drink life and mana flasks.

This is able to be recreated (have done it 3 times already).
This was done in coop.

same issue here. chaos trial in coop, heart tether, permastunned, could only die.
