Zolin Breach skill reward bugged.

Zolin currently has the quest marker on his head and its giving me the option to claim the Breach point book but it isnt working.
I've reopened my game, I've remove him from hideout, and readded. Not sure what else to do. Last bumped on Oct 10, 2025, 11:36:38 AM

In my case the quest marker over the head is missing and i cannot complete the quest. no metter where zolin spawns.
