Poe 2 early access keys to log in playstation

hello guys, i get 5 early acces keys and worndering how to use it to log in to game in playstation 4? I see epic games and steam choosing when i add key in my poe account - what should i do? Thanks! I understand that support is pretty busy right now - I haven't received a response in my mail for two days - but...

I'm afraid Early Access Keys do not transfer across platforms. If you want to play Path of Exile 2 Early Access on a certain platform (for example PlayStation / Xbox), you will need to purchase the pack on that same platform. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. | |

ok thanks, not sure if i saw info about that somewhere... i have 5 keys and cant use no one for my second platform... Can i ask please kindly atleast accept my refund request on mail - I was told that I could only return 3 items - I wrote which ones I would like to return - and for two days now I have not been able to receive an answer. I would be glad if someone who sees this picks up my correspondence and satisfies the request, thank you
