Can't make purchases anymore

Hello GGG,

I'd like some assistance in figuring this out...I've been buying stuff from you guys for years with no issue. Well yesterday, a few hours after making a purchase, I decided to just go ahead and upgrade to the final tier of the pack. I do what I always do and tried to buy via Paypal and it said payment denied. Which is weird because nothing is wrong with my Paypal, nor my card. I called the bank too and they said there should be no issues...so it's not on my end I guess? Anyways, I then tried to just manually enter my card instead of using Paypal, but this time I just got "an unknown error, try again later".

I have only seen a big streamer mention the same exact thing happening to them last night (payment denied via Paypal and then unknown error on manually entering), so it's not just me, but haven't heard of anyone else talking about this.

Is there an issue with the MTX shop? Is something else going on? Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks!
