Account Locked

My account has been locked, I've given all the information I could and its all been accepted but I've now missed out on the POE weekend challenges.

I've been waiting over a week with back and forth replies and then suddenly when the new league started.. no reply for days. Missed out on the weekend cosmetics, why don't we prioritize people who are literally locked out of the game and can't play at all versus players who can at least log in but come across a small bug or issue.

I have been through at least 7 stages of information proving its my account, having to wait while friends play and have fun hurts.. :(

I do appreciate you are busy support, I just believe account locking at the start of a new league causes players to miss out.

I have already contacted support with lots of account information, they responded about 6 times asking for more and more which is fine but the delay on replies makes it go by slowly

I thought when I was asked to make a new POE1 account and login that would have been the end of it but no reply since.

I do hope to recieve a response soon, this league looks fun and I cant even play during the free weekend which has now ended.
