FIX THE ABYSS PLEASE WHAT IS EVEN HAPPENING

every time i try do the abyss node on atlas map where you get alot of abyss encounters my fps drops to 10 from 150 and its nonstop 10 fps and pc crashing this is insane how did this get through development?

I have the exact same problem. I play with a 4070 ti super / i7 12700kf on fast SSD and I drop from 170 fps to 30 in that zone. So many zones are unoptimized, but this is the cherry on top. 30 fps on my system is absolutely unacceptable.

Same here running a 3070 Ti card with 16gb ram and I5 12600k processor.
