Cannot use trade tool?

Why do I not see an instant buyout option and only 'travel to players hideout' when I use the trade tool?
Also when I click 'travel to players hideout' it tells me I do not have the required quest state? When using the web browser trade tool its the same issue, besides a few other results that allow me to whisper the player instead (instead of the travel button). " I was able to cancel out of the error message when using player to player trades from the website on second monitor(Outside the game). I got the error only once and then was able to have a trade window open to complete the trade the old way. |
