Valley of Titans Medallion issue

Can place both half of medallions in the altar. Either side gives me the same buff choice “30% increased Charm Effect Duration +1 Charm Slot” But I cannot accept the buff from either side.

Same problem on ps5, even tried to plug in mouse coz' somebody mentioned it worked on pc with cursor mode but it is not supported
