How I fixed stuttering on my pc

I noticed during these spikes my CPU usage meter in game went nuts.


I fixed this by dropping Poe 2s max usage from 100% to 80%

Then I turned off 3 of the 4 cores in my CPU.

Not only did it make the game run buttery smooth but I don't crash nearly as much
