Invulnerable mob in ritual

When doing ritual a mob (sometimes multiple) named Feral Kin can't be damaged but he does damage to me, resulting in not finishing ritual.

Just want to report I had this two but strangely Unearth could hit it but Essence drain, contangion and despair could not.

These Feral Kin on Rituals are literally ruining my experience. They've spawned on my rituals at least 4 or 5 times now and are completely invulnerable. The only way I can escape is trying to hit my portal to get back to hideout, but most of the time I'm unable to since they attack so fast. So where does that leave me? To simply die and lose hours worth of XP because of a bug. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

I'll go ahead and add that I just had (Still have actually) the same issue, and I have SRS and they won't even target the Feral Kin.

happened to me multiple times.
they only die if you have thorns and can tank their hits. |

I threw on Sparks thinking maybe it was targeting or chaos damage that was the issue, but no dice.
