Help and Information - I bought the support pack on PS5 and it doesn't appear - Forum

Hi guys, I purchased the $60 Early Access Supporter Pack today and it doesn't appear in my account. I'm playing the free weekend and decided to pay for the full version and none of the items and points (600) appear in my account on my PS5. I've had Steam Early Access since the beginning, and it works fine. However, I decided to purchase Early Access on PS5, and it doesn't work. And PSN won't let me refund it.
