Path of exile 2 soft locked in interlude

I’m currently in qimah with the mission objective to go to qimah reservoir and I just talked to Jado he disappeared and opened the door but no door opened I’ve reset the are 5 times restarted the game did other quests and came back and nothing will let me progress

Same mistake!

You can reset instance of any map. Will have to complete again but that's the way out of this.

CTRL click on the map in...well the map, that opens a big window with instance list.
