" Mystery box-exclusives take ~a month to show up after their associated box is removed from sale. You'll be waiting about as long again for them to become eligible for Daily Deal inclusion. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Each seems to be a manual process - so those are what we've observed over the years, but you might occasionally find that one or other happens a week or so 'early' or 'late'. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
