account locked

Hello, I am making this post on the forums from another account as your team typically has better response times on here than email support. I was told my main account was locked as I purchased the poe 2 on steam and refunded it. Can you please help me understand why this is an "unauthorized" steam refund since steam authorized it and I only played the game for under 2 hours, which is the given refund window by steam? No micro transactions or in game currency were kept as it was all taken away when the game was refunded, rendering the ban quite confusing honestly, and all this was done all the way back in January, why the lock now? Please reply as soon as possible as the weekend is coming to an end and I've yet to play.

Thanks for the reply. Respectfully, It's nearly been 24 hours since your last contact and now the weekend event and cosmetics are basically over.
My account was also locked, been waiting over a week with back and forth replies and then suddenly when the new league started.. no reply for 3 days. Missed out on the weekend cosmetics too, why don't we prioritize people who are literally locked out and can't play versus players who have a slight bug or game issue..
