Forge Hammer Skill became unusable

Not entirely sure what happened, maybe the Hammer was deflected, I only saw it flying in the opposite direction of where I aimed on my screen.

After that the skill broke, instead of recall the normal throw symbol was shown in the Skillbar and nothing happened when the skill was used, even after waiting for a longer period.
Going back to town and reentering the zone through the portal fixed the issue.

Forge hammer becomes unusable after the character throws it out of a boss arena or somehow offscreen. This can be reproduced easily when fighting forge map boss.
