Cannot assign skill to weapon 1 / 2

In my xbox I cant find the arrow next to DPS that used to be there to assign a skill to weapon set 1 or 2. I can't see this option anywhere.

Hi,
This was moved to the Bind Screen. You need to hold X on the skill you want to assign and it should be under Skill Options. | |
