account with 2 IDs

My account created two IDs, and I hadn't noticed until now. I've always played with the same one. I made a purchase on Steam, and it went to another ID that I don't use. I've made other purchases, and they went to the correct one.

How do I merge the accounts since they both have the same login and linked accounts, since the additional package went to an ID that I don't use?
