reforging bench is absent

Hello,
I was playing in the Hardcore league. I died and continued playing in Softcore, but I don't have the Reforging Bench. There is no quest for it, and it's not available in my Hideout decorations. Last bumped on Aug 31, 2025, 8:07:57 AM
